Note: Descriptions in "" are for the English GUI
- Install EvE Pilot
- Start EvE Pilot
-Enter in your EvE launcher path name to the EvE.exe
(Most Commonly found at "C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE")
- Enter in your "Login Name" and your "Login Password"
***Additionally you can select "Manual Login" if you wish to login to the game manually. But for simplicity's sake I suggest letting it auto-login.
- Run the "First Run" by clicking the button to the Right of the GUI. Sit back and wait.
***DO NOT INTERRUPT THIS PROCESS AND LET IT FINISH!
- After this is finished it will give you a prompt with a serial number copy it, return to
www.macrolab-online.com/ and login.
- Once you are logged in you will need to go to "License Distribution" found here
www.macrolab-online.com/en/license-distribution
- You will then see a "Table" or some boxes that you will need to press the button titled "ReLock" this will make the box editable and at this point you will paste your serial into the white space on the table labeled "Serial ID".
- Double check to ensure that it is correct. Then triple check.
- Once you are sure that it is correct pick either
OPTION 1 or
OPTION 2 below then continue.
-
OPTION 1: Please dont use yahoo, ymail or hotmail e-mails. These mail providers block all mails from other providers w/o reputation (like marolab mail server) by IP!
Create new gmail account and switch used email in your account information.
-
OPTION 2: Once you have clicked Send it will send out an e-mail and then just above the box you will see a link labeled Download link: yourForumName_et1_30d_17070.license click that and you will be presented with a download. Continue to the next step.
- Once you have the .license downloaded locate it and then open EvE pilot (It should still be running if your following this tutorial.) and at the top you will see a folder symbol. Click this and it will open a folder explorer to the root of the program. You will want to place your .license file into this location.
- To ensure that this is done correctly, close the explorer and click the button just to the right of it. (The label will say "Check Licenses". If you have it in the right spot you will then see it in the popup that you are presented with.
NOW YOU ARE DONE WITH EVE PILOT INITIAL SETUP. GIVE YOURSELF A PAT ON THE BACK IT'S ALL DOWNHILL FROM HERE.
- Click on the "Settings" button just above the "First Run" button.
- Click on "Miner Settings"
- Adjust it to your likings as everything here is self explanatory.
- Click on "Asteroids To Mine" and set it as you wish.
- Click on "Module Fittings" and set it to how your mining ship is set.
***You can add rules to the fittings by clicking on "Module Rules" to let the bot know when to enable/disable any particular fitting whenever the shields/armor reach a specified point.
- Anything after this point is more advanced and you should consult the FAQ for information regarding the other settings. It can be found at
www.macrolab-online.com/en/knowledge-base
Licensing System:
- Every client and game account has it's own license and serial number to start specified number of bots/accounts and it cannot exceed the number of available licenses you have present or specified elsewhere.
- If the serial number doesn't match the trial license will be activated, which will turn off after a short time.
Respectfully,
