Hi there.

I just renewed my license for an additional 90 days. I'm having trouble getting the program to generate a new serial.

It was working fine otherwise.

If I use auto login, it only enters my password, but not my user name.

If I use manual, it never gets past the character selection screen.

Thank you for your help.

Try latest beta version and report. Also if you have problems I suggest to use fail safe settings during first run. I will need log file to understand what is the problem. Record it as described in the link in my signature.

I have sent you my license file. You can use bot for 20 minutes or so with improper license - enough to generate correct serial.
