[Miner] First run is required if you want to avoid dangerous NPCs.

Triglavian scouts may appear in any high sec systems now and started to kill miners.
Renamed avoid NPC Capitals to DANGEROUS NPCs and added abyssal NPC groups. If you want to avoid triglavian scouts tick Blind mode, untick Avoid NPC, tick Avoid dangerous NPC.

[VMWare] If eve launcher crashed, bot will close crash report window and set registry key to not show any crash reports anymore
