Hi,

since some time im interested in this bot. The problem with it like with many others for EVE is that it totally block usage of a computer when its loaded. Since the last update my botting computer for EVE doesnt work due to an SSE2 processor issue. Since then I try to find a way to use the bot without installing the resource eating virtual machine.

IM SURE that You can force system to generate a virtual mouse and keyboard and use them for eve botting while having controle over the physical ones to do some other stuff. Im almost sure that You can read the frames of the game without ingame integration when the window is minimized. Thats the way MANY MANY MANY bots for other games work where are same legal issues as here.

So my question is what is the problem with implementation of this? No one came up with that idea? Cant belive that. Increases the possibility of detection? No, unless done wrong by dev team. Dev team thinks its not a priority? If they do they are wrong in my opinion.

For people that doesnt want a Vmware and are looking for a solution. Currently Im trying to find a good program that generates another set of mouse&keyboard in the system and a program that extends Your desktop for like 2 monitors. The idea is to generate the new set, lauch the bot, make it use the virtual set and move it to the half of the desktop that is not visible ( to see the bot You would need to somehow switch between the desktops ). If someone comes up with a good solution that works I would be thankfull for sharing it. I will do the same if I come with the answer.

From my understanding, what you want is a memory injected bot... which WILL be detected by CCP given time. EVE Miner is setup in a way so that its completely independant from the EVE clients memory, and since its illegal for EVE to scan your computer for other programs, there is absolutely no way to be detected software wise.

I too would like minimized botting so my computer is not disabled when i run the bot, but if it increases the risk of detection (touching EVE memory region), i probably wont like it.

I guess you missed the part of the post where he said he didn't want to use a virtualization product. Since that's pretty much the whole post, I guess you missed the whole... post...

<facepalm> You stated things You've heard from some1 while having no idea about the topic. Im not the expert but trust me there are bots that DO NOT memory inject themselves nor in any way modify the client and are still able to work background mode.
