I'm having the same problem as well, I have the latest update but whenever I try to do the first run, the Eve launcher opens once, closes, then freezes.

Hi Slav2, to solve the problem with hd graphics, open the control panel of the intel graphics, open the 3D options, and turn off all the improvements , which can not be turned off , set to pick up the application settings.
