Would it be possible to create an align+use mwd option for the tristan fit. Meaning, if the ships gets disrupted/webbed, the bot clicks fast in between the scanner and inventory windows to align and presses mwd to escape and after some delay tries to warp again to the destination. Maybe not the best solution but has a chance of working
