What prevents you to add keyword like "ken ra". It is a search string, not the full name of anomaly.

Unfortunately I found no problems. Added more information to log and screenshot recording before/after deletion of anomaly. Please test 8.12.13 version (check in about box before start) and send log file in case of a problem. Also send me screen of your settings (only work with anomalies).

Ideas: mouse misclick, image artifacts, scanner lag etc.
