If installer does not work, use zip-archive (link is above). I have no idea why installer may not work, usually it works. But if it does not, I have created EPLauncher.exe (in zip archive) which may be also used to update bot and start it with required parameters. Just unzip archive to a folder outside of program files (system protected folder, EPlauncher cannot write here) and disable autoupdates in EP settings.
