I have reset the settings to medium slots. I had to use all 4 active to get past this point. Not sure if this will help or not.

Finally fixed the problem!!!

Went into active module settings.
Made all 4 modules active (i was only using 2)
Changed them in the drop down menu from high slots to medium slots, with the corresponding slot number.
then changed number of active modules back to 2.

done this on all clients and is now working ..
