I currently have a 90-day license for EVE MINER and just bought a 90-day license for EVE TRADER (the day before the patch, I wasn't thinking, lol).

Rather than a partial refund, could I convert these two licenses into either a two-account lifetime EVE MINER or a three-account lifetime EVE MINER? Please advise.

Eve Trade works with the new update from Slav2?

Then again I would buy a new license.

With each download of EP update, do you need to delete the old one and reinstall, or just extract it and run it ? Cheers.

The update is not ready, but Im sure Slav2 will refound you.

When it will be ready again you have to run the "first run wizzard" before start to use it. At the moment just need to rewrite the evepilot.exe not complet unistall/insatll required.

I actually am not looking for a refund -- I want to purchase a 3-user EVE Miner license, and I would just like the amount that I paid for EVE Trader (which I have not used since the patch) applied towards the cost of that license. I know Slav2's very busy right now making sure everything is back up and running after the patch, and so I don't mind waiting. I'm sure he'll get back to me eventually.
