Btw if i want another miner client and run 2 bots on 1 pc how does that work? can i run the bots minimized or?

When running two bots on 1 PC, Eve Pilot will switch back and forth between the two pilots. If one pilot gets busy doing stuff in the station, the other pilot may be left on his own for a while longer than normal. Normal for me is every 6 seconds, long time for me is 35 seconds. I would say that the more bots you run on one PC, the more sturdy, your space boat needs to be. Cannot run the bots minimized.

Eve Pilot lets you adjust the time that it switches back and forth and you can customize the algorithm to remove haste mode from a sequence that seems to be taking too long. I am back to using the standard algorithm now that i feel secure about my ship fittings and setup.

I think perhaps some others use VmWare to run Eve on a virtual machine that can be minimized but that is not something i have done.

Mining the most profitable ore at the time isn't always the way to go. Get standings of at least 4.0 with a corp, and get your connection skill to lvl3 or lvl4. That will put you around 5.4 I believe. You will have around or below 1% tax rate. Train your refining skills up to 3 or 4, and your specialized to level 2 or 3 (in high sec, that's all you will need). With refining at lvl5 and refining efficiency at lvl5, you won't really need any of the specialized refining skills.

You will make more selling your minerals than your ore. If at all possible build cheap ships that people are always ganking miners in (yes, I know this sounds bad, but they sell QUICK). Just do some research into it and you can make an additional 50% than the ore itself is worth.
