If I wanted to move my autotrader to a new VM, should I copy some files/folders across?
Ie is it collecting data, learning etc?

You can find data folder path is menu->tools and backup all files/folders from here. In new VM create new folder for settings. Click define button and point out your empty folder as a new data folder. Drop files here and restart bot.
