I'm wondering how the Autotrader interacts with the PI component.

When I enable PI under the Autotrader module, is that using the same planet setup I already made in the independent PI module? Or do I have to set it up again under the Autotrader module?

I've set the Autotraders timers to run with Timer 4 set to 100/140, 100/140, idle and PI update interval to 10800

I think this should make the bot start eve for 100-140 minutes (~2h) then sit idle for the next 100-140 minutes (~2h) then repeat.
The PI update interval is 3 hours.
So the PI should update during that 2h idle time?

I haven't actually seen the Autotrader do a PI update itself yet, so I'm wondering if I did something wrong.

Also note that I don't leave this running 24x7, I start it up at about 8am, it runs until about 10pm when I would reset the extractors with a 10 hour cycle which I reset to 3 hour in the morning.

I see planets data is separated folder in settings so it is most likely shared between functions and you can setup PI as stand alone bot then switch to AT.

Correct. PI frequency is 3h, timer frequency is 4h, so PI will be updated once per 4h. Install extraction jobs for at least 4h and extractors will never stop.

I have checked diagram and see that PI was added when idle timer start. Check logs it should reveal info why PI addon not started.
