Buy order is being installed the same value as top buy order. For example, biggest buy order is 100,000 bot is not putting 100,001 but the same, 100,000.
I know these aren't the increments, but the message remains.

This is not a bug. Top order has priority as it was created earlier then yours. Since relist fee introduction bot does not outbid priority orders to avoid unnecessary order updates. Older orders loose priority if not updated for longer then 12h.
