i have higher than 15KKK wallet, 9+ standing with caldary navy maxed trade skills, wealthy trader on, ship trading on and skin/bosoter off.
I try to be online around 12h per day but still I am consistantly loosing money for the last 10+ days.
Are there any fine tuning required to make it profitable ?

Do you use remote buy order setup and collector? Those who trade manually with high volume and low margin will not buy any staff in Jita. If not disable wealthy trader, bot will use high margin and low volume positions

I see you have mixed buy orders. Some of them installed in Jita and already have update count like 5+ (where you loosing money), some of them in Perimeter. Delete all buy orders in Jita and activate collector. You need a freighter to collect staff. Check your assets. If you have staff in different stations around perimeter you will see money loss. Collector should transport staff to Jita once per day or two and sell here.

That's strange because i have checked and all buy orders I currently have are in TTT.
I am worried that I am mostly loosing ISK over existing order modification using WT mode.
Switching back to non WT mode, I was hoping for increased ROI using WT but ...
Or maybe it is the switch between WT and non WT mode that makes it behave this way.

May be wrong log. Check that all buy orders are in TTT and use collector to collect staff. You may have up to 15% of funds spread in items between several stations around 1 jump from TTT now. About profit, I usually ask people to show graphs. Cannot recommend any accounting tool now (did not check how existing tools work). You may also calculate total isks in wallet, orders and items manually and show numbers.
