I'm not an expert and I'm just trying to help, but it looks like the ESI is up and running.

Calls have to have to include /latest/ /dev/ or /legacy/

Maybe previously if this was left out it defaulted to latest, but the response with out that switch gives a "Not Found", which is documented on the ESI pages as a 404. As I say, I'm just trying to help.

I think CCP finished maintenance. My tests passed. Try to recreate market history file (or check that it is not empty) and report about problems.

tried redoing market history and the bot wont update any of my orders or install new ones or look to install new buy orders.

it logs in then just sits there doing nothing.

It takes 15+ minutes to create market history file. Correct? When API does not work market history file is not created and whole process takes a few seconds.

when updating my market file it look less than 15 seconds.

Also if you upgrades from previous version (9.3.x) and did not redo first run bot will not work. Check that theme in game is is Dark Matter theme. No windows are half transparent, all windows are black. "Siting and doing nothing" means bot is not tuned yet.
