No go for me either. It opens the launcher but then nothing. It won't click the "Add Account" button. If I log in manually it still does nothing as it won't click the "Play Now" button.
I can log in completely manually so It's not a cache issue.

If bot does not open login window I will need a screen of your launcher window. Select it, hit alt+printscreen, open image editor. Paste image here (control + v) and save it as screen.bmp. Send this to me.
Check what is your font/icon scaling settings. Set to 100% if you see 150% or 200%. I did not experiment with desktops increased font/icon scaling.

Clearing cookies as by CCP advice helps only for 1 start of eve. If bot relogs EvE and tries to login again, same behavior occurs.
Is it possible to make bot tick "save login data"? I guess it would help in long distance
