Could you add that as soon as the complex is finished, it goes to the safety spot and checks for other complexes there? Because in this way I lose at least two ships a day.

This is speed tank algorithm. Some people asked to not return to station while it is not so important from which side to warp to anomaly. If you switch to standard algo bot will warp to station before looking for new anomaly
