После первого запуска бот в закладку по умолчанию ничего не грузит. Она используется когда не зватает остальных и меняется по требованию динамически. Мне нужны скрины оверью с новыми иконками в формате bmp. Я тестировал иконку корп ангара (нашел в одной из систем) и она правильно определялась как ангар, а не как станция. И станция определялась как станция а не как ангар. Вы случаем не на тест сервере запускаете бота?

This is normal overview preset setting. Bot will use closest starbase structure to unload or station. The problem is that you see structures from 4913 km in overview. CCP changed grid size:

CCP: Grid boxes have been increased in size from 250km to 7800km.

So if you have a moon near a station with a POS you will see it's structures in overview. Should not be a problem if you have proper station bookmark, but I did not test this. Send me log file to check for details. How to record log is in the link in my signature.
