It may run these types of anomalies, but need to add looting. Right now you can use hunter + looter combo only. Hunter create corporation bookmark where wrecks created, looter warps here, loot and salvage wrecks

Thank you for the response, do you have any plans to integrate looting with the hunt bot for these specific anomalies?
Also, how do you go about setting up the bot to do the emerging conduits only? Thank you.

You can define keyword, e.g. "Emer" so bot will look into these anomalies only. Try to setup bot first, w/o looting. If you succeed, I will add loot of those wrecks like faction wrecks. NPC quite strong here.
Hint: If you add parameter /t to command line of the bot, it will login to test server.
