It looks like my anomaly hunter bot is creating bookmarks to new anomalies, but the new bookmarks are placed under older bookmarks that the bot has created, and it only tries to warp to the top bookmark. So it never tries any anomalies after the first one. Is there something that I'm missing?

Bookmark naming policy. You need to redo first run to have bookmarks sorted by jumps and name. And define proper bookmark name for anomaly bookmark so when bot create it, it goes second. First bookmark must be station bookmark. Ex:
If station bookmark named as 00-Station, anomaly bookmark may be defined as 01-Anomaly. Other green bookmarks started from letters so have 2+ positions.
