So I tried using an oracle, didn't work, so tried a cane. Its goes in an endless loop, logs into the game, takes the ammo out of the ship, puts the ammo back on the ship, closes the client and restarts the client. It'll do that forever.

just figured that one out from the logs. Its checking for the m3 on the cargo hold. if the m3 is lower than Min Cargo to Reload Ammo, it tries to reload ammo, if unsuccessful, it closes the client. once I entered in the value in m3 rather than the qty of ammunition, it worked.

Few things I've noticed that are troublesome that I'm working through.

- Bot warps to the belt and stops, if the rats are out of range, rather than approaching them, it warps to the next belt.
- its slow to target ships.
- frigate sized rats are ignored regardless of settings.
- bot stays idle during combat, doesn't orbit approach or nothing, difficult for projectile weapons to hit frig sized ships when idle or ships outside optimal.
- docking takes too long. Warps to station at 0, then approaches, and then docks. Way too long in 0.0.
- After one reload, it goes back to the station to reload the cargo with more ammo.

> Yes, it is slow, because need to select correct NPC to target and attack. Better to make it slower and kill scrambler first then misclick and start attacking wrong ship. Fit autotargeting system II and target NPCs automatically. Also bot does frequent checks for local (every 3 sec.).

> Guns are ranged weapons, they are useful in missions or anomalies where NPC respawning at the same locations and you may use your ranged attack. In regular belts you may deal with very close NPC groups, which respawned in the same spot where you warped to the belt. In this case you will have hard time to kill NPC. I am thinking how to add support for guns and suggest two solutions:
a) align to station or POS. If any NPCs, required to kill, are closer then X-meters to the ship use Large Micro Jump Drive
It may be activated every 3 minutes and may give you another chance to kill NPCs.



b) just warp out and, if you made 2 bookmarks in every belt, bot will kill them next time from another side.

Warpdock in 0.0 is even worse, because with two step procedure you may warp at 0m and dock. If you warpdock, you may warp at e.g. 900m and start approaching. Stations are not recommended to use for anything in zeroes.

You understood setting wrong. You should set cargo to reload like 10-50. This is remaining volume of an ammo when bot stops fight and forwards to the station or POS.
