so what you are saying that VM is just not there yet... you cant really mine on the VM...

VMs in general are pretty good. Sometimes users experience different problems with VMs and nobody knows for sure how to avoid them.
CPU overload is one of them. Normally CPU load is 20-30% under VM with working bot

Only vm issues I have had are after a power outage and it corrupts the vm so I have to make a new one

I usually create one snapshot when everything works and tuned.

well cool news... i disabled that thing in the bios. and left it as auto not binary. and its working sooooo much faster... maybe add that to the instructions that you have to use a VM... still doing the 1st time but little to no lag.. i have used normal win 7 32bit on vmware 7.x and i guess there is a way to use your videocard as well so you dont have to change your regedit. vit-d or something still checking it out.. but so far all is working..
