Your question is too vague. If you want a helpful answer you need to provide more info. What ship are you using? What's the cargo volume? How many L4 agents in your home system. How far away are each of the L4 agents in the corps you've chosen? The more info you give, the more helpful the answers will be.

i have a ship with about 19k m3 and 4 corps with lvl 4's

I'd leave Jita since it's too crowded and you risk being stuck at a gate trying to get in. Move to a system where some of your L4 corps are based. Also, you'll need a bigger ship if you want to make any coin since L4 cargo is pretty big. If you're wanting to do storyline missions also then I suggestion a cargo rigged Iteron V.
