Can times for DownTimeCheck be changed in EP Timers GUI?
If I set it to an hour before actual DownTime (so that I don't have to change my timers for time changes)
Then put DownTimeCheck in the middle of a mining algorithm (and have it route to dock up)
Will DownTimeCheck use the time I set in the Timers section?

Slav, I'm not sure if you've done this yet, but I would suggest adding DownTimeCheck to your algorithms. Sometimes the bot is stuck in a belt or other maybe a site and doesn't have a chance to check the DT timer. Also, many of us have time changes twice a year and sometimes forget or don't have a chance to change the EP DT time setting on all characters. When a bot isn't logged out for DT, the bot can't handle the eve error window and sits there with the message up, doing nothing, forever.

It also does the same thing for "Socket closed" errors.

Standard miner checks for timers during mining and returns ship to station when timer is started.
Warpout has timeout. If timeout is expired, bot will start orbitting asteroids then repeat warp. Set timer to start by 15-20 minutes before DT to make sure you have enough time to unstack.
