will using VM help avoid ban? since it looks like a networked computer instead of the same computer, if running multiple clients

I am going to hold off on running RedGuard until they answer my post on their site as I encountered this after scanning the file

What is Trojan? Trojan is a code to collect information from your comp and execute something without your permission. Trojan is a program you dont install and appeared hidden way, like a virus. Can any program you install act as a trojan? Yes, anything you install may do the same. Main question if you trust to developer of the program or dont. If you use 10 accounts from the same comp, I would use redguard to avoid mass ban. Just remember that redguard may be used to collect your eve account ids. Also CCP may detect redguard as injected code to client and ban you even faster. Weight pros and cons by yourself

Starting several bots from different VMWare should help. Follow simple rule: if you can start two trial accounts - they are separated. Also look what values going to eve server:



The less info you share between your vmware-s the better. You may change account login and computer name, version of the OS (at lest dont clone machines, install from scratch), customize some settings in first run wizard to not look like a clone.

Here is a link how to change videocard name. Standard vmware videocard name (VMware SVGA 3D (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM)) should be changed.
