Added corrections to Faction Warfare bot. I have fixed exception generated due to new faction started to appear in the list of system ownership. But did not test bot in general.

With new havoc system when players can drop bubbles in low secs FW may appear to be not profitable or limited to cheap fits & def only. Need to avoid dangerous systems. If you have ideas how to make list of systems with corruption 5 let me know.
