Maneuvering

Maneuvering is used to keep your hunt bot at a range from NPC. It is good idea to activate maneuvering if you use gun boat to hunt. Maneuvering modes are:

'No Maneuvering' - bot will warp to location and stand still.
'Allign To Base' - at the beginning of a fight bot will align to base. This will make your bot warout faster in the case of EWO event.
'Orbit Attacking NPC' - if you use close range weapons, you need to approach to attacking NPC and keep it at a range. Activate this option and set orbitting range. Default orbitting distance is set during first run wizard, so if you change this value, you also need to redo first run wizard.
'Orbit Structure/Asteroid On Start' - used for speed tank. Bot will find asteroid or collideable object in overview and start orbitting it on fight start.

'Activate Afterburner On Start' - used to switch on afterburner at a start and increase a speed of a ship. Don't forget to define afterburner in settings of the bot

'Min. Attack Distance' if you want to stop fight if NPC is closer then this distance, define minimal range. Set it to 0 to disable this option. In the groupbox 'If NPC Closer Then Minimal Attack Distance' you select what to do next.

'Use Large Micro Jump Drive' - if you have this module fitted, you may activate it and jump in the direction of your alignment by 100km. This module may be activated once per 180 seconds only. If module cannot be activated yet, bot waits till the end of activation timer or stops fight depending on the next option
'Stop Fight'  - bot will not try to kill this respawn and move to the next location. In belt hunter if you dont use large micro jump drive, you may to place second bookmark to the same location at a distance from the first bookmark. This way bot will be able to kill this respawn next time from another side.

Minimal attack distance is counted from attacking NPC. If no attacking NPC present, minimal attack distance is counted from any NPC which needs to be killed in this respawn. Small NPCs are fast and bot reacts sometimes slow, so if you dont want to be scrambled, use minimal attack distance at least 50000m.

'Warp Distance To Spot (km)' - mostly used in anomaly hunting, to warp to anomaly at a range and kill NPCs from a distance. If you use 'align to base' and 'warp distance at 100km' when hunting anomalies, you may find yourself too far to kill any NPC respawn in a while. Bot does not reduce speed if NPCs outside of targeting range of a ship.

'Align To Bookmark if NPC Outside Orbitting Distance' is useful setting for anomalies when you need to return to warp location if next NPC respawn appeared outside of orbitting distance.
