From what i have read, courier and collector are mutually exclusive.

Do we have to re-run First run when we want to swap from AT to courier ?

Or is it possible to have "First Run" with both courier and collector option enabled and then switch whenever we want from either AT or courier wihtout the need to go through First Run again and again ?

AT with collector has citadels in station presets in overview. AT with courier has only stations as courier don't use citadels.

Create settings for AT with collector using client 1 and AT with courier or courier using client 2. Activate client 1 and deactivate client 2 when necessary. Don't forget to switch ships (dont run courier in slow freighter and collector in weak industrial). Also when you start collector complete all courier's tasks. Set min = 0, max = 0 and wait while eve is closed due to no missions left.

well I did another first run with both collector and courier checked, used the same name for the 2 overviews specified in user guide.
It works fine now, I just need to make sure the alt is in proper ship before starting the bot

How did you select both? For me if Remote Buy Orders and Collector is enabled then Courier will auto disable itself.

Collector collect items using freighter. Courier needs industrial. Collector may steal cargo for courier and courier may generate error. These addons are not compatible.

You can setup autotrader with remote order installation and courier enabled. Then, from time to time, finish all courier missions with min=0, max=0 setting, activate client 2 where stand alone collector is setup (same license) and collect items using freighter.
