Trader no longer opening EVE 7 Years, 2 Months ago

Have been using Trader for over a week now with no issues on a VM, but am now running into a problem where it wont open the EVE client at all, Have tried changing some of the settings to no success, It will open the launcher but not the actual client.
Any ideas what will cause this and how to fix it.

Reinstall eve may be? Do you use recommended version of VM? |

Sorry for slow response, Yes I did set up the VM following your Knowledge base directions.
I have since reinstalled EVE with it now saying that i need to re-run first run where i still get the same problem where it still wont open the EVE client.

I would try to kill all processes besides system (cannot be killed) and VM related processes on your host computer and try again, then try to reinstall VMWare Tools, then EVE client and finally VM itself.
