Bot can not add safe spot 000 bookmarks as it seems that the people and places tab is in the wrong position.

If i drag the people and places tab down it ckicks on the add location option and seems to work but otherwise it cant add the bookmark. It will just click in the chat box area for awhile and close.

In shared settings->first run wizard settings untick expand people and places if ticked. Redo first run. First run will fix your in-game settings, it is a the only task of first run. You may also save your window positions without first run, if you confirm that your new settings are correct. Use eve setting operations how described in KB.

Try to not overlap local chat with other windows. Bot uses OCR text scan to understand that mission is complete. It will also read game logs as an alt source of info. Taking in mind that CCP may change anything after the patch redundancy is not overkill

I had expand pnp unticked.

You should pause bot at the end of first run, deactivate light background of local chat and unpause it. Do this after you join militia. Any new tab (e.g. militia, when you join it) in local chat reset status of the light background. Alternatively you can deactivate exterior view in shared settings->error corrections so any window transparency will not affect bot.
