Been having license problems recently, emailed for help. Quite some time later (maybe 7-8 hours) and slav responds giving some basic instructions i tried beforehand (uninstall, try getting the license again etc.) I said I've already tried it and send him the license file. He replies saying it works ok, to which I respond with a picture of it not working for me. I've told him before that I was using a VPN at the time of activating the license, and it might've been a problem. Now over the past couple days that admin has been unresponsive. I'm getting annoyed at this point, with the long response time and now him being responsive.

I have no idea what is the cause and how to resolve your problem. Apply for refund please.

p.s. Btw you had 4 mails from me in between 07.02.14 and 10.02.14 and I never received your last mail. Consider using "log files" as a subject to your mail to pass spam filter (as per my signature instruction).

p.s.s I assume you have a virus which modifies evepilot.exe file. Need to compare CRC32 of a file. Original evepilot.exe
