Hello and happy new year, i have this small issue

i purchased a lifetime code for 2 or 3 toons, cant really recall, some years ago. Unfortunately, i didnt write down neither the username and password of my macrolab account nor the mail i used. On top of that i formated my pc in the meantime so i had 0 access at the eve pilot. I do remember though the 2 or 3 toons the license was for. is there any way i can recover my licence with just the toons names?

If you paid with PayPal you should see your transactions. Let me know transactionID and I may restore your info.

I have no possibility to search for transactions earlier then 1 Jan 2014. Check your transaction details for "Item Title". If this record is present we will know order number.

You can check older transactions, you have to go to activity export and you check that 2013, then you download the log. i just did it.It's just that it works with download for older periods of time.
and there is no item title over there, but if you find it you can check it was paid to you
