does the booster works with the new system of boosting
atleast on the ability to be as tank for group so all will gather around him
stay on anom/belt till all chars finished mining
and warp on red detection?

No, it doesn't work with on-grid boosting. Slav2 has also stated he will not be making a new booster module. Sorry!
