TOPIC: Hyper-V?

Hyper-V? 7 Years, 5 Months ago Karma: 2
Since WIndows 10 Pro and Enterprise comes with built in Hyper-V. Has anyone tried using that over VMWare. VMWare crashes my windows 10 box within an hour of starting it up.

Hyper-V is also used for botting. You must have slat compatible CPU and videocard with DX11 and remoteFX support. Hyper-V VM needs at least 2GB of memory. Main advantage of hyper-v is stability (no VMWare lags).

Slav2 is there anyway to get a walk through on how to set this up instead of VM? I have had no luck setting up VM.

After reviewing how Hyper-V works and RemoteFX. You need a dedicated box with Hyper-V Installed on it. Either as a role on a server OS. Or Hyper-V Core. The Hyper-V role in windows 10 doesnt support RemoteFX due to RemoteFX relying a terminal services role (which doesnt exist in the desktop OS)

VMWare doesn't do GPU Virtualization either so it's probably not really necessary to run Eve. I've never fully gotten VMWare to work without bizarre user interface lag, I might explore this as an option.

EDIT: Didn't see Slav mention the need for RemoteFX... Slav, have you seen anyone attempt to use Hyper-V without RemoteFX?
