TOPIC: Not restarting after downtime
#59148
Not restarting after downtime 1 Year, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
For the past week or 2, whenever I run the bots, they do not seem to restart the next day after their timer is up. I haven't changed any of the timers since this started happening. I confirmed everything is correct many times. There is no bar at the top saying that the program is awaiting down time or paused due to a certain timer, it's just the evepilot, my desktop and no taskbar. I have run first run on all of the bot accounts 2 times now. It is also happening across 2 different PCs at the same time. I am using hunt bot and market trader on 1 PC and hunt bot on another.

This problem is still occuring. I started recording the runtimes of the bots and they are working perfectly until downtime, then never come back up. The information at the top of the screen about timers is spotty. Sometimes it says it's still down due to EVE downtime. The vast majority of the time it says nothing. I've been adjusting timers and other settings and not getting anywhere. Help or insight would be appreciated.

Still having a lot of issues. The only thing I can confidently say, is it appears that the only time that is currently working is the downtime timer. The other timers do not seem to be working too well. Is anyone else having this issue, where timers don't seem to be working accurately? Closing 1 client and starting a new one?

Send me log file and screen of your settings. Do you use miner? Miner renew status of ore in belts (empty->full) during downtime. If you add timer you should exclude downtime time from your timer or bot will not know that DT passed. E.g. you can stop timer in 5 minutes after DT start.

I use abyssal bot. I will work on getting you log file and screen of my timer settings. Not sure I fully understand what you are saying about the timers though.

Your timer 1 start at 06:00 with randomization set to 600. So it started to work at 06:07 and working till 18:15 (+- randomization).

With timers 1 - 3 you define a time when bot should stop eve, it is not a time when eve should work.

Logic is that bot should work if you have no timers set.

You don't need another timer for DT, bot uses standard timer (DT start, DT stop defined as eve (UTC) time). Timer 1 may be disabled.
