VMware setup unexpected error 1 Month, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 2
I went through the install for VMware and downloaded the cleint
But the client come sup with "Clinet for xxx closed with unexpected error

anyone had this before ?

After windows installation remove floppy drive and reinstall vmware tools. Then start VM setup as per manual, dont add anything on the top of what vmsetup is doing with your vm. Eve should start after that. If your IP address is blacklisted you may have problems with client start (no problems if you start bot on test server although). Finally in evelauncher drop down menu find option to start loglite. Then start eve. You will see error message somewhere near the end of the log.

Thanks for the reply.
For this setup I only want to run the chars I have been running on my PC in VM's on my new VPs. SO other than masking its a VM everything else is fine. I ran them on VM's for about 3 years with eve pilot and never had a single warning.
Then I'll set it up for new chars. I have very good residential proxies for other stuff I do so thats not a problem.
