I saw changes to courier hinted in the patch today. What is being added?

I am trying to teach bot to work with LP shop, transport LP staff to Jita and "sometimes" install sell order. I am thinking about this "sometimes" or army of courier bots will flood market with LP staff in the first few days after release.
