new to this program, in eve trader mode, it will run for a while, then after about 15-20 minutes, or updating the buy/sell orders twice, it shuts off, it does not come back on or restart, i am using the most current version.
software is not nearly as useful as i'd hoped if it only runs for 15 minutes at a time and i have to keep restarting it. any help?

Check if you use correct serial number. You can record logs as described in the link in my signature and correct in-game serial will be shown here also.

if my license works for clients one and two, then yes. i have correct serial. i have done first run on both clients.

Оne license used with one character. You cannot use both characters with the same license, but can switch license to use with one or another character ones per 24h.

1 license is usable with 1 character at a time.
You may change the character that you can use the license with but you can only change that character once every 24 hours.
