I've been running autotrader for nearly 30 days now
It seems to stabilise at 10b in escrow/buy orders, 3b in sell orders, and slowly accumulating into wallet, currently sitting at about 17b
Are there any recommendations about how to take profits? Ie, what's a 'safe' amount of ISK to take from the wallet on an autotrader like this, which will allow it to continue to generate profit?

Trader generating best profit per account (1% day or more) till 30 bils. I would suggest to wait till 30 bils and take 5 bils every month.

5 billion per month doesn't seem like a lot... that'd barely pay for the PLEX for the trader and the PLEX for an additional account... nothing left over for ships and stuff.

I always mean omega is paid from trader profit by default.

I see, so you mean take 5b per month off as net profit after the bot has paid for itself?
