I have tried to rerun the First Run, but it doesn’t do it the way it supposes to. It opens all the windows but then just close them. Any way to fix this? have tried to reinstall.

Create log file and send it to me as per link in my signature. Disable FXAA (hardware anti-aliasing) mode in videocard settings if enabled. Additional effects like text shadows also must be disabled. Bot works with standard not modified eve client. If you added something like widgets, FPS counters to eve, need to uninstall those applications. Start first run with clear desktop, minimize all other windows besides bot itself. Make sure eve fits to desktop working area and nothing overlaps eve client window (e.g. taskbar). Try to start first run near a station in space, as sometimes eve initiate real undock when bot sets undock hotkey.
