Slav you can save your time and delete this thread. I ran setup on another computer and he problem was that the computer was too old.

HP i5 2400s 2.5 GHz
Intel HD2000 Onboard Craphics

It used to run Eve and Eve Pilot just fine - not any more

I had an extra processor and I put it in the same machine

Intel Core i7-2600K 3.4GHz Quad

Solved the issue

Yeah, I see that the agency window was not closed because it did not open in time and bot did not recheck for this window later.
