Same launcher error (and looks to be the same launcher still) after updating eve pilot and checking the use old launcher option.

In compatibility tab of eve pilot settings tick start as administrator. Make sure you have eve installed outside of C:\Program Files (x86)\ as this folder is write protected (only installers can write here). If everything is OK, record log file and try to replace evelauncher manually. I have uploaded working version here. Finally use windows 10 as host and guest.

I had same issue. Don't believe its the bot but the launcher. up graded my VM to VMWare works 15 pro and install Windows 10 1903.Now working again,and seems to be stable (been running 10 hrs solid ) not erratic bot issues that come from not running on Vm 11.I hope this helps

No issue with CCP seeing the VM graphics setting? I think Slav recommends vmware workstation 11 because you can edit the registry to change what shows as the graphics card

Hi, I tryed several setups without luck..

Initialy it was W7 host with w7 guest, all working ok for several months.
After last patch all VM stopped updating.
I tryed:
W7Host
VMware 11 A fresh W7 Full guest, old guests W7 Lite installs

W7Host
VMware 15 W10 Home fresh
All the above

Fresh W7 Host tested all the above

With and Without Proxy for most machines, third part proxy and at the same machine

Guest W10 Fresh install WMW15 Pro
Tested all previous VM

Nothing worked. All is working except launcher update.
Could use any advice.

Tick in shared settings->error corrections->use old launcher. Not sure how long this will work, but it works now.
