It opens the launcher no problem. But then just tabs down to "Login" without entering any information.

Seems like CCP problem. I also got this kind of error. Try to tick "save login" and it would enter.

I got the new launcher and it wont work. Version 9.0. It says I may not have permissions, or their is no path, or something else. Tried to change permissions that did nothing. Simply wont open or run.

Sadly I have to click it every time the bot tries to log in. :/
So it's not a real solution.

Send me screen of your login window. Select it and hit alt+printscreen, save as screen.bmp and send to my e-mail.
Does it really enter login and password to fields?

Simply wont open or run. Please explain clearly what if the problem you have? When you have these messages, when you start launcher manually? Or it is a bot's messages after a while? Of cause you should be able to login manually to your account before using bot. If necessary reinstall eve fro scratch.
