Hey guys,
Just downloaded the bot and I'm curious what the best settings, and modes are to run this bot for an relatively new account with a relatively small amount of money(500M+).

You need to level skills and switch to courier bot and level standings (faction to caldari state and to caldari navy). Courier bot do the same income during first two months and cost less then trader. If you dont want to wait, purchase some ISKs and start with 5+ bils or more.

Been running the bot on my account with Auto Trader for the last few days. Went from 500M to 1.1B already. How could the Courier bot make more than that?

You are lucky. AT is not doubling ISKs every few days.
