CCP remade the neocom, also first run hangs on the new eula message.

Hi Slav2,
there is a problem with the new beta release of the bot. When it update sell and buy orders it don't insert the dot (point) in the price and it result too high, fortunately it press cancel and after some seconds it continue with the next order.
