Corresponding to the manual you should remove widgets/gadgets from desktop and avoid other windows to overlap eve window.
Look at this screen: C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\MacroLab\EVE Pilot\ErrorHandler\Debugger-3.12.3.0-2011-10-15_01-47-56_ss_desktop.bmp I see (in log) some area which is not belong to eve window in front of the market window.
