It seems my license keeps expiring for some reason. I am only using one of my four licenses and I am not mixing up my pilots. I reran first run yesterday and relocked the license, came back several hours later to find my computer had crashed then restarted my miner and this morning it gave the same error again - license expired - could something be changing my client ID on a daily basis? (hardware crash?)

Upon further investigation it appears when my machine crashed it changed my display settings to 16 bit. I had to do first run again and it reverted my client ID back to the original and the license works again.
