I have a problem with the Market Exporter. In the EvE Client market window it selects "Station", when exporting prices rather than "Region" prices. I have tried changing to "Region" manually but it changes it back.

The only setting I can see is in the Market Analyzer, "Limit Search to Station" check box, which I have unchecked.

I believe it is windows specific problem (installed antivirus or anything else which prevents to write new value into ini file). You can try to click eve pilot hotkey with right mouse button and select run as administrator from here. Eve Pilot will have elevated rights and should save setting you wanted to change.
