Can I run the trader and miner on the same computer in multi-client mode?

I have miners and trader running on a single machine but it does not interleave between the trader and the miners.
It runs the whole trader cycle, then goes to the miners. If it would interleave it would be fine. Lose a little efficiency with miners, but would be fine.

For instance, if it updated order, then checked miners, then another order, etc.

No, trader is not compatible with multiclient totally. You can use miner and trader, but they will run jobs separately. Trader function will run from the beginning till the end and can be used with miner if you have a few orders only.

Is there a chance to easily make trader switch to miner between job tasks? ie. trader right click show prices, then miner, trader export prices, then miner, trader change price, miner...

It is not compatible with current version of the trader. To make this I will need to separate elementary action and add as a block in algorithm with enters and exist. Try to use bot under VMWare, you will be able to run miner and trader at the same time and this is the only effective way how to use trader with other functions.
